Hi,

I'm an Asian man from Indonesia have been planning to visit Ukraine for a month by next April, but because as a former Soviet Union, Ukraine has limited information about tourism, so therefore I need to know much more about a low cost accomodation in Ukraine, specially in Kiev, Lugansk and Kherson, I'm looking for a budget accomodation for backpacker tourist.

Is it possible for me to find a furnished apartment with 100 USD per-month in Kiev, Lugansk or Kherson?, does anybody truly want to help me please?, and I indeed need a contact friend from Ukraine at this moment, I'll appreciate for his/her anyway, spasibo and do svidaniya.

Can't help you much with the details you asked, but just to let you know that Lonely Planet has a budget guide to "Russia, Ukraine and Belarus" that should help you. It's pretty expensive, and the last edition was April 2000, so it's getting a bit dated, but you might be able to pick up a second hand one in Indonesia. Don't know where you live, but some second-hand bookstores in backpacker haunts like Bali and Yogya often have LP books from around the world, maybe even in Jakarta. Good luck.
