Polish family records

I just found my way onto the forum today and read Hannia's reply to a member of the Racibowski family who was looking for records for a grandfather who came from Bialozurka. My mother was born in Bialozurka and I would like to get her family records. Hannia mentioned that it was possible to get family records directly from Poland. Are you able to give me details. Thank you Hannia for your help. You certainly are a very knowledgeable lady. Although I was born in New Zealand, my European heritage is very important to me and the culture is deeply rooted in me. Bless you.
