Good morning!

Im seeking for my grandmother friend from IIWW from Volhyn,my granny family saved him from nazist.His name was or is-Awrum(but i suposse this is in yidisch) in hebrew-Abram Kopiejko or more with russian sound Kapiejka.He was with my family from 1943-1945,and
my gr.grandmother(he called her "ciocia")last saw him in city:Korzec(Korets), he salled there paper and pencils and stuff like that.In talk with him she found that he and the others Jews wanted to go to Lwow(Lviv)-it was in may because she remembered as St.Izidors day fest.If he still alive-he is now probably 66 years old.
I have already checked databases with surnames and I found nothing.
Please help me.

You might try posting on Jewish Genealogy.com. There is a Galicia discussion group, perhaps someone there knows of your grandmother's friend. Hope this helps.
