Help needed...Streets in Halych and Ostriv

I will be visiting Ukraine soon (if all goes well) with an elderly woman who is very frail, looking to find her birth home, and hopefully to find Righteous Gentiles who have not yet been acknowledged for risking their lives to hide someone. I was hoping someone might be able to help me with some information:
Does anyone know if either Ostriv or Halych has a street called either Zamlinke or Starawiejka or anything similar to either. Spelling is off as it has been translated, or mistranslated from several languages and we are working with a memory from 60 years ago. I do not know for sure if I will have a car as we are having considerable difficulties right now. This is very important to this very kind woman....and it is something very important that she is doing. She wants to personally thank the family that helped out. And she wants to get their exact names so history records the brave, good thing they did. This has been her lifelong dream and I hope to help make it happen. She is very frail and can hardly walk. So any help will be greatly appreciated.
