Please contact me if you would like me to search for a birth, marriage or death entry and obtain a certified copy or find a person and trace a family line. If an appropriate entry can be found, a certified copy of the relevant entry can be obtained and sent to you. In most cases I can offer work on a no-find no-fee basis. This means that if I am unsuccessful in obtaining the information I will not charge you.
Do not hesitate to contact me for any clarification. It will help me if you include in request the following information if known:
1. NAME of the personss you are looking for (with names of spouse and children if known)
2. DATES of approximate years of birth, marriage and death
3. PLACES of birth, marriage or death
4. RECORDS you have already searched

Hannia is on a distinguished road
Vadim Beresan,

You have an interesting name. Were your ancestors Jewish Colony Settlers in Beresan Region? Have you done any research re this area?

What is your forte?

Which Archives have you had experience accessing? What is the state of affairs @the Donetsk & Chernihiv Oblast Archives? Have any turn of the century Mennonite Records become available in Donetsk?

I am curious how you get privacy releases from RAHS?

PS> Are you Vadim Zubakhin as well?

Research in Ukraine

Hello Abcuni and Hannia

I see Hannia has asked about Mennonite records. I am also interested in any Mennonoite archives. I have used two organizations to research records for me with various results. I would like to know if you have ever been to the Dnipropetrovsk State Archives or the Zaporizh'ye Archives.

Thanks Menno

Hello,
Thanks for answering the thread. Hania, Berezan is name of our system administrator. My name is Vadim Zubakhin. My father’s parents are from Izium and mother’s are from Kiev.
I have experience with regional, church, ZAGS and photoarchives. ZAGS sometimes permit searches in the presence of notarial certified permission from relatives only. It depends on what ZAGS and what time you search in. I did not deal with Mennonite Records yet. However I can find out about it Donetsk and other regional archives. What records do you need exactly?
