re grandparents

My grandparents were both born in Poland
My grandfather---Peter Sichkar---english version--- was born in 1901 Have his birth/baptism papers but no good to me as they are in Latin He came to Canada ---when????--- and settled in Manitoba CanadaHe died in Manitoba in 1959

My grandmother was born in Poland in 1906 Her name is/was Anne Shewchuk---maided name or something similar
she died in Winnipeg Manitoba Canada in 1983

any and all information would be greatly appreciatedAlso does anyone know or help me with the translation of his birth/baptism papers Have got a few copies if any one could help
