On a marriage certificate, I found my Great Grandfather was born in "Sidvrow, Poland" I could not find S-I-D-V-R-O-W on a map. Does anyone recognize the name? It be spelled incorrectly and/or the first letter was not clear. In a previous record it said my grandfather was from Husaityn. I thought this could be the region??

Hi this is Amanda. I also was trying to find information on the town named Sidorow / Sidoriv. My great grandparents originated from there. Their names would be Samuel and Marya (Charnetski)Bocian. If their names sound familiar please post another reply. any help would be greatly appreciated
