To Hannia and the Forum,

I have found a Farb cousin by accident. She called me about something else entirely. She mentioned that she had been looking up Farbs on a non-geneaolgy website, and said that we probably weren't related, as her family was from Galveston (Texas, USA). I told her that my family was too. She told me that her Grandfather was Salamon Farb. Hannia, you pointed me to this name and emigration record. Otherwise, I would not have known that this was my g-grandfather's brother. Her grandmother and my g-grandmother were also sisters. We are going to get together soon and compare records, as she does geneaology, too. A big Thank You!
