Just received a worm virus with your email addy on

Ricardo,

Did run and rerun scan for viruses. I do have a KLEZ worm variety patch.

I found nothing. My hard drive reads clean.

It came into an empty inbox clear of any email addresses or messages and it had (on the to and from bar) your addy first and that of five others but did not click or did anything silly I closed my email client and disconnectd from cable immediately ran a scan and also found nothing.
Right now I'm about to have a chat to my AV tech support people just to see if they have an idea of such animal.
Sounds to me like some kind of virus (more a nuisance than a malignamt)that comes into your inbox and copies emails and then broadcast itslef with as many copies of your email to that of your aquaintances. So possible it also went to all your friends in your addy book.How else would I receive a message with your addy on? In my case it could not go any further because that box is very new and it is completely empty, but it my not be the same with others.

My addy book contains a list of over 150 names. Did they all appear?

Just ran a scan again. Nada!

This is a first for me, so appreciate any update.

Likewise it's the first time
Just been on the phone with tech support and they are just puzzled like me since I could not produce any file attachment.
They 'll look into it and they're very interested Imagine if it gets to a corporation?. At the moment they're flooded with a new form of KLEZ so much so that they getting about 2 call per minute

Regarding your question I don't know how many email addy were attached since only five were visible on the OE To from subject bar. It could well have been 4 or 5 or more if hidden.
