Macus and Hrustek family names

Hi I am doing research on these family names. Specifically Ignatz Macus and Paulina Hrustek married in Posnan.. and immigrated to the U.S. in early 1900's. I am interested in any history or known meanings on these names. Thank You!

No, They settled in Clarksburg, W.V. Where all the records were destroyed by a fire.. Thanks for the addy though
