I am looking for anyone with the surname Pacarenuk or a variantion of it. I am doing this because I am curious to know if there is anyone out there with this name, or if I am one of the last. Thank you.

The only correct spelling of the surname is in its original language, using its original alphabet.
There are probably several transliterations of the same surname. The suffix NUK throws me. This is not a common sound in Ruthenian/Ukrainian. NIUK/NYK was probably the original suffix, but transliterated incorrectly.

The key is in the pronunciation of the surname. Is it PA-KA-RE-NYUK or PA-SA-RY-NYUK or PA-CHA-RE-NIUK?

It is not unreasonable that there might be some surviving relatives with your exact surname still in the ancestral village. If you can ascertain the village, you might just find out that you are not the last Pacarenuk. Have you looked into immigration records? Where did the first Pacarenuk immigrate, settle and when?
