Lydia Tkaczowa

I am looking for Lydia Tkaczowa, or living family members, or someone who knows the family history. Lydia was born June 7, 1922 in Lemberg, either Poland or Ukraine. I also have another document that shows she was born June 17, 1924 in Mekoleyo in either Poland or Ukraine. I am looking to see where the town of Mekoleyo is, and if the name of the town has changed. Lydia was last seen in Judenburg, Austria in June 1948.
