Looking for Kalebalozk

I have an identity card of my grandfather that says he was born at the city of Kalebalozk, Kiev on 11/25/1893.
I can't found this town or village anywhere. Does someone know it?

Sorry, but really can't help you much here....It's also possible that a village still exists. Though it's probably got a new name!

My advise wouold be to try people in IQC there are plenty who are from Kiev, and they might know the history of places around, + I hope that one of those who know will read your message here.
