Help with my family tree

I was hoping I could find some help with my family tree. My grandmother and grandfather were both born in Debeslawce, Kolomyya which is now Debeslavtsi. Here is what I have so far:
My grandfather was named Nickolaus Tkacz born 1895 son of Theodor (known as Fedor and Fred)Tkacz and Marie Seniuk. Theodor was married before Marie but I have no idea who to. Theodor was born to Ivan Tkacz (known as John) and Hufija (Hufeea?) Slobodian.

My grandmother named Ewdokya Myroniak was born in 1901 in the same village of Debeslawce to Dymetro Myroniak and Anna maiden name the same as married, Myroniak.

My grandmother and grandfather married in 1919, I beleive November less than a year after he returned from war.

I know that the surname Petruk is a cousin of my grandfather and my grandmother's sister married a Slobodian.

Since I have received no replies from my emails to the archives, I felt maybe someone here would know the family and be able to fill in the blanks?

Thank you all

Have you checked with LDS for film? The Latter Day Saints (LDS) have filmed church records from all over the world including Ukraine. I have traced some of my family back to 1775 so far.

Go to www.familysearch.org go to "catelog" and search under place names starting with "Ukraine" then the village name. One thing to keep in mind is the site does not cross reference village names during the search function. I have located film under the ukrainian name of the village, others under their polish name. One village has what I believe to be a "typo" on the site and so did not come up as a match. As you already know your village has two different names. Keep in mind many villages have the same name so be sure as where your village is located. (district and oblast). If you cannot find it don't give up. I thought one village was not there until I stumbled upon it with a misspelled name!

If you do have find the films you must order them to come to your nearest "family history center" which you can determine on the same website. You go into the nearest center to view the film. Viewing is quite easy as most text is in latin. The cost to order is nominal. I paid $6 per film in Canada. REcords have been lost, years maybe missing but with any luck you will find them.

HOpe that helps!

Do you write in Russian to archives? I use Propt for translation- PROMT - Free Online Translator and dictionary - English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese (Brazilian) and Russian languages.. I also just realized that archives do not answer e-mails unless there is a postal address provided. How long have you waited? Sometimes they take two months to answer. A lot do not confirm receipt of messages.

I wrote in English. There was an article written that stated their director spoke and wrote English so they accepted English requests via email. I think I wrote two or more months ago. I did not send my postal address with it though.

You don't search for the family names but for the village. LDS has thousands and thousands of microfilm. If you locate the village it would be up to you to order the film and view it yourself to trace your family tree. LDS does not go through the film and list all the names on their site. Again, I do not know if your particular village is there. I will see if I can find it.

I found records for your village. Sadly, there is only a few years of records but it may help you in your research. Here it is:

authors: Roman Catholic Church. Debesławce (Kolomea), (Main Author)
format: Manuscript/Manuscript on Film
language: Russian, Ukrainian, Latin, Polish,
publications: Salt Lake City, Utah : Filmed by the Genealogical Society of Utah, 2009
physical: on 1 microfilm reel, 35 mm.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Notes
Microreproduction of original manuscripts at the State Archives of Ivano-Frankivs′k Region, Ukraine.

Roman Catholic Church records (births, marriages, deaths) for Debesławce (Kolomea), Galizien, Austria; later Debesławce (Kołomyja), Stanisławów, Poland; now Debeslavt︠s︡i, Kolomyi︠a︡, Ivano-Frankivs′k, Ukraine. Text in Latin, Polish, Russian, and Ukrainian.

Record group 631, series 2, files 96-99.

Subjects
Austria, Galizien, Debesławce (Kolomea) - Church records
Poland, Stanisławów, Debesławce (Kołomyja) - Church records
Укра╖на, ╤вано-Франк╕вськ, Коломия, Дебеславц╕ - Метричн╕ книги
Ukraine, Ivano-Frankivs′k, Kolomyi︠a︡, Debeslavt︠s︡i - Church records

Film Notes
Note Location Film
Volume 631-2/96 Births 1927 (p. 36) Granite Mountain Record Vault INTL Film 2441685 Item 4
Volume 631-2/97 Marriages 1928 (p. 51) Granite Mountain Record Vault INTL Film 2441685 Item 5
Volume 631-2/98 Births 1929 (p. 28) Granite Mountain Record Vault INTL Film 2441685 Item 6
Volume 631-2/99 Deaths 1930 (p. 69) Granite Mountain Record Vault INTL Film 2441685 Item 7

You would have to order it to view. Fairly easy to read as it would be in Latin.
