Is there a source for vital records of Jewish families who lived in Milczin, Milzin, Emilzin, Emilczin, Emilchin, Emilchino in the late 1800's and early 1900's? This town is now believed to be called Yemil'chyne or Yemil'chino located 20 miles N NE of Novohrad Volynskyy in the Zhytomyr Oblast.
