I would like to ask for help in researching my family history, lineage, and pedigree.

Surnames: Derkach (Derkach), Blazovic (Blasovich, Blazovich), Kosty, Polack (Polock), Kodos

villages: Zsuko (zhukovo), Kal'nyk (Kalnik, Beregsarret), other unkown maybe Sunger in croatia

Great Grandfather: John Derkack, birthplace Zsuko Transcarpathian, Kozi Bereg County, (Zukovo) Birth year 1891/1892 - 1974, immigrated to the united states 1912. Lived in Rahway NJ. Married Mary Kosty at St John Church in Perth Amboy NJ.(Greek Catholic / Ruthenian)

Great Grandmother: Mary Kosty, 1896 - 1986, born in Kal"nyk (Kalnik), Transcarpathia, (Beregsarret), Austria Hungary/ Czhecoslovakia / now in Modern Day Ukraine. I am sure the surname was modified during immigration. Birth year 11896 / 1897, posible immigrated to the united states 1912, (Greek Catholic / Ruthenian) I can not locate any immigration records.

Great Grandfather: John Adam Blazovic (Blazovich) (Blasivich) (possible Ivan Blazovic) i found a ship manifest stating single from Sunger a town in Mrkopalj parish (northwest croatia. I am not sure they are the same. Also, his ss-5 (social security application in united stages) says birthplace Austria Hungary. I can not confirm if this is the right person. He married Mary Polak (Polak) (spelling unkown) I know that John Adam Blazovic's parents where Mary Kodos and John Blazovic (from where I do not know), 08/20/1884 - 1965

Great Grandmother: Mary Polack ( I can not find any records for her regarding immigration and birth year or place) xxx - 1958. she died in USA
