My grandparents were from, according to their grave, the village of 'Стубенець' in Peremyshl (the grave calls it an oblast)

so assuming peremyshl voivodship...where was this village?

Also in polish times, maybe Stubienko, which is the only similar name I found in Peremyshl .

could you check that the letter б, in Стубенець was not in fact a letter д as in Студенець


Note also Stubieniec is not in Przemysl, but in Jaroslawski, which could rule it out if you are sure of the county
