phone directories for Russia and Ukraine

I am curious about how some people can get phone directories for small villages and towns in Ukraine and Russia. Can anyone please share the website where they find these directories?

Hi Vera,
try tape a village name in Yandex - it is a search engine, among others in English, or you could upgrade your search in Russian if you clic on richt side where it says search for this in Yandex.ru
