Records in/near Lutsk area

My grandparents were both born near Lutsk in the early 1920s. My grandfather was born in Biscuipce/Berezhanka, and my grandmother was born in Gorochiv. Their parents were born in small towns nearby as well, including Hubyn, Shklyn, Zalav'ya, Topilya, and Targowec. Family names include DIAMENT, BAJCZ/BEITSCH, ZUTTLEMAN/SUTTLEMAN/ZEITELMAN, YUSEM, FINE, LAZOVNIK, & GARBER.

Are there any Jewish records still available that can help me trace their families? They knew as far back as their own grandparents (and in one case, great grandparents), but that's it. My grandmother says that her parents always told them that the family had lived in that general area for hundreds of years, but she doesn't know/remember any more details.

I don't know much about tracing Jewish genealogy but have you tried this website: JewishGen - The Home of Jewish Genealogy

From what I read here before on this forum there is not many records available. I just tried a search on this forum and found this on a previous thread. Keep in mind that some of the info is specific to original poster's inquiry with regards to village etc but could provide you with more info as to where to look for records.
