Ви консультували Давида Котсмана (Dave Cotsman, Качмарик) в пошуку ‘’коріння’’ на Україні.
В цій фамільній історії є багато мені невідомого, на які я не можу дати відповіді.
І майже дворічні пошуки не дали результату. Те що мій прадід Іван Капраль (John Kapral) виїжджав два рази з синами до Штатів я це знав ще змалку. Від Давида я взнав, що Василь (William) і Ілько (Alex) були його братами. Прадід і брати зареєстровані в переписі населення Штатів 1910 і 1920 рр. І брати, і сини залишилися в Сполучених Штатах. Власне, тут мова йде про синів, яких я не можу розшукати і в переписі 1930 року. Ці переписи умовно доступні, лише за прізвищами. Від першої дружини в прадіда був син Григорій (Gary or Harry in US). Жінка Григорія родом з Великої Сушиці, Галичина (Austria in 1906). Можливо це бела еміграція 1914 року (також Австрія бо Галичина до Польщі попала під окупацію в 1919 р.). Вдруге, після смерті жінки, прадід женився на вдові Анастасії Андрійців, в якої був син Микола. Збереглися три світлини на яких підписано: “Анастасія, молодша дочка,1951 рік”, “чотири внуки старшої дочки Ірини“ та “ваша братаничка Марія, 1957 рік“ з чоловіком, сином і дочкою.
Давиду ці фотографії невідомі. За словами батька одна дочка вийшла заміж за німця (чи він родом з Штатів, невідомо).
Нема результатів за іменами: Gary Kapral, Harry Kapral, Gregory Kapral, Irene Kapral, Anastasia Kapral (порівнюючи можливі дати народження Григорія приблизно 1880-1885), Ірини, Анастасії і Марії (від 1915 до 1935 років народження).
Хто Марія, я зробив висновок що дочка Ірини (можливо дочка Григорія)?
До кого в Сполучених Штатах кажуть братаничка?
На які посилання мені орієнтуватися в розшуку Григорія і Миколи (вони проживали в Кливленді), народжених в Сполучених Штатах Ірини, Анастасії, Марії?
За яким іменем в англійській мові вести пошук Миколи Андрійціва (Nike Andriytsiv)?

You advised Dave Cotsman (Kachmaryk) in the search for ''roots'' in Ukraine.
This story is a lot unknown. Almost two-year search gave no results. My great-grandfather John Kapral traveled twice to US width sons. From David I learned that Vasyl (William) and Ilko (Alex) were his brothers. Great-grandfather and brothers registered in the US census in 1910 and 1920. Brothers and sons remained in the United States. These are the sons that I can not find in 1910, 1920 and 1930 census. The censuses conventionally available only by name. The great-grandfather and first wife was born son Gregory (Gary or Harry in US). A wife Gregory’s was born in Welyka Sushytsia, Galicia (Austria in 1906). Maybe it was emigration in 1914 (also Austria, Galicia to Poland fell under occupation in 1919). After died wife, great-grandfather married Anastasia Andriytsiv. She son was Nicholas. There are three survived photographs in which signed: "Anastasia, the youngest daughter, in 1951", "four grandchildren oldest daughter Irene" and "Your bratanychka Maria, 1957" width husband, son and daughter.
David are unknown the photos. My father says: one daughter married a GermanMan (he was from US is unknown).
No results names: Gary Kapral, Harry Kapral, Gregory Kapral, Irene Kapral, Anastasia Kapral
(comparing the possible dates of birth Gregory about 1880-1885), Irene, Anastasia and Mary (from 1915 to 1935 years of birth).
Who is Maria, I concluded that the daughter of Irene (possibly the daughter of Gregory)?
Who is bratanychka in the United States?
What links I wanted to navigate Gregory and Nicholas (they lived in Cleveland, Ohio); Irene, Anastasia and Mary born in the United States?
What names in English to search Микола Андрійців (Nicholas Andriytsiva, Nike Andriytsiv)?

I did some preliminary looking last night and found that GGrandfather did make two trips to Cleveland area: one in September of 1912 and the other March of 1913. Both times he traveled with other people from the village. In 1912 he was with Andrij Ivanicki, Hryc Jarsa???, Wasko Sawerczak, Fedko Paniszak and Dmytro Fornal. For this trip I did not find his return record. In March of 1913 he was traveling with Wasko Jascyczyn. Then he returns home thru Philadelphia, via Liverpool England December 1913. I FOUND NO RECORDS OF ANY SONS TRAVELING WITH HIM.

PS> In 1912 Iwan was already married to Anastasia, listed as Nastina/Nastia, left behind in village.

I am sorry, but this now will have to wait until after Easter.

Alex’s and William’s children registered in census 1910, 1920 and 1930. Any data about sons of John and Gregory’s daughters residence Cleveland, Cuyahoga, Ohio. Nick (Микола Андрійців) was son of Anastasia.
I think they could arrived to US through port Philadelphia with families Fornal (Форналь), Kachmarek (Качмарик), Czap (Цап), Kalnicki (Кальницький), Trytiak (Тритяк) Hnatko (Гнатко).
William Kapral was Wasko Kappel, Iwan Kapral was registered in Ellis Island records 1913. I don’t know who was Mikolaj Tapral arrived on the Pottsdam exit port Rotterdam (this Forum, Hannia to DCotsman, section Information on city in Ukraine).
