Thank you for the history/religious lessons! My cousin specifically chose Easter to go to Ukraine this year (he is leaving on a plane later today) so that he could be at the gravesites when the priests are there for the blessings.

Hannia, I made sure to to tell him to bring home some soil so he could spread it on the graves of his grandparents! Something I plan on doing for all my family when I get there.

Also, growing up I remember ***** willows being a big deal to my Dido. I never knew why. My family did not practice going to church on a regular basis but my Dido always cut and brought in ***** willows into the house in the spring time. No doubt, a part of this tradition.

Edited to say: that is too funny how the name of tree is censored! LOL
