Your Manchulenko surname very likely originated in what is Eastern Ukraine today, but you have to follow the lineage as per Immigrant Ancestor, who came from Bukovyna. The Cossack w/this surname may have arrived in Bukovyna during 14th century, 16th century or 17th century??? You will not be able to make a leap over a few hundred yrs and expect to make a connection.
