I am looking for the family of Chaim Moshe Warkowieski who lived in Kremenets around 1880 when he married Ester Rosenberg of Teofipol.

There is no prepayment at Ukrainian Archives. Provide them what I provided you. You can make your inquiry in English, but answer may be in Ukrainian. We can help you here w/the translation. They will notify you what they have w /cost of time and ink and paper. (Copy paper and ink expensive in UA.) They will also provide method of intl payment thru their bank. Turn around can take up to three months. Additionally, you can also ask them about location of Marriage Documentation. They just might know where those records might be??? I doubt it, but it is always worth asking. You can submit inquiry via e-mail.
