Звитяжці is not a village name - this words means Victors - victiorious fighters
This national project started in 2006 has never been fully implemented
This is a Resolution of the Kyiv administration about the implementation of this nationanl project within the Kyiv region.
At first Communists demanded to put if off until all figures have been agreed with Russia
Then the Yanuk government stopped funding
Many complaints came from communists that in the Lviv region UPA warriors are re-burried and studied rather than Red army soldiers, etc.
