Wow that's a puzzle. I've just spent 30 minutes looking at it in picasa and trying to type variations of what I think I'm seeing in google to try and get a lead on something but I'm coming up empty.

When you compare the letters of these two villages to the other letters in the words on the page it looks like the fathers village says "Spabiw" or "Spaziw" with the "a" looking a little disconnected like a "u" but looks exactly like the a's in some of the other words, and the mothers village looks like "Blyriwha" with a little extra stroke between the y and the r, but I'm not certain that I can make this out as there is also a little stroke at the beginning of the l that looks strange, almost like a written capital i.

This is the best I can do. Hopefully someone can roll with this and come up with something more concrete for you. Good luck with this and keep up posted if you manage to figure it out!
