reconstructed marriage civil registration

Hello,

I am trying to find civil registration of marriage of my grandparents who married in 1934 in Gosha/Hoszca in Ukraine, former Poland.
As far as I understood from different archives, non such registrations survived WWII.
Is their a way to have a reconstructed or copied marriage certificate or at least a reconstructed registration file/letter?
Will highly appreciate your assistance.

Sea,

I am sorry to read your news.

Maybe, one day the rabbinical copy may show up.

One metrykal book would have been submitted to the archives and the Head Rabbi would have kept another copy in his possession, that is if he survived.

Sea,

Have you made an inquiry at Hoscha/Hoschanskij ZAGS ? This is a shot in the dark on my part. I noticed in looking for other records, there are records that seem to be showing up at ZAGS, in both Poland and Ukraine.

If not, I need to find the ZAGS Address for you.

I am sorry it took so long to get this to you, but sometimes my time is not my own. I pray that my gut feeling is correct and that you will be able to obtain the documents you need, but I do not know for sure, and trying is still better than doing nothing.

Before making a request for documents, you must obtain a PRIVACY RELEASE DOCUMENT - ANTHEKA. At this level it makes no difference how old the records are. RAHS require an antheka. Telephone your nearest Ukrainian Embassy or Consulate. Tell them that you would like to make a request for documents in Hoscha RAHS (district level archives). They will tell you what the cost for antheka will be and what you have to do. Following is the mailing address. Just copy as is. Make sure to replace UKRAINE in English to Ukraine in Hebrew. That is to facilitate processing in the Israeli post office. You can correspond in English, but RAHS response will likely be in Ukrainian. We will help you with the translation, so don't worry about that.

Dear Hannia,
Many thanks for your elaborated reply and assistance.
I guess it was worth while being patient after all to see the light beam at the end of the tunnel.
I will certainly address the authority by letter as you advised and the consulate.
Many thanks again Hannia.
Do hope I succeed.
Thank you so much.
