dobromyl

i am in my 6oth year and know very little of my late fathers family.They lived in the village of Dobromil ( dobromyl )and were seperated in 1942 by german troops.My grandmother lived in the village until 1954 when she left to live in poland with her daughter.Their family name was Gornisiewicz and i think they were farmers.

We would be glad to help you if you could provide your father's full name and date of birth or at least year.
Also names of any siblings and mother's name including maiden name if possible.
When did your father emigrate and to where? What religion did he practise?

my father was tadeusz jan gornisiewicz.dob 02/02/1921.his mother was paulina kasprzyk. father lucjan henryk gornisiewicz.paulinas father was jozef kasprzyk. siblings were danuta,wanda,wilhelm. my father came to england in 1947.
according to his school report .he spoke poor polish but very good russian.

my grandfather was lucjan henryk gornisiewicz married to paulina kasprzyk. she was the daughter of josef kasprzyk and agnieszka kempa
the gornisiewicz were tadeusz jan gornisiewicz
wilhelm
wanda
danuta.
his religion was roman catholic he came to england in 1947.his mother left dobromyl in 1954 and went to gryfow slaski ( poland ) to live with her daughter danuta
