Actually I will give more information, perhaps someone can help.
The ancestors that came from Biala Czortkow: Nicolaus Kuczerawy was baptized on 14.03.1859 His father was Thomas son of Kazimeirz and Sofia and mother was Anna daugther of Wincenty Paprocki and Tekla Pelechata Helena Kuczerawy (wife if Nicolas Kuczerawy) baptized in 1867 Her father is Basylii Zapotyczny and mother is Natalia daughter of Demetri Baranyle and Justina Hucol Those above were Roman Catholic.. The ancestors from Kalnikow: Jacob Sadoway born 20 January 1884 His father is Basili Sadowy son of Theodor Sadowy and Maria Duckowa mother was Catharina Sadowa dausgher of Theodor Polny and Maria Gresiuk Taciana Koryniowska (wife of Jacob) born 06.12.1879 Father was Gregor Koryniowski son of Michael Koryniowski and Anna Romanowska Mother was ...........Koryniowska daughter of Antoni Sroka and Maria Polna Those above were Greek Catholic. This is a good start but would like to go back further. |

I am not sure why LDS Films for Chortkiv RC Registers prior to 1855 are not available. Get in touch with Ihor Voronchak (voronchak@ukr.net) . His forte is Ternopil Region and he can probably tell you if those records are available and where they may be, or if they even exist now. Ihor is a scholar out of Lviv and has written a book re families in Ternopil Region. He has contacts at all level archives.
