I found this document among my grandmother's letters...Can anyone help me with it? Is it in Ukranian and what does it translate into???

This is a birth and baptism cerificate issued in Kazimierz Dolny in 1960 based on Church Register no 100 of 1890 to certify that Ludowik Oron, son of Stanislaw and Marianna nee Karczmarska,
was born on 10 July 1890 in Wierzchowiska
