Usipiuk -- Correct spelling?

Hi,

Way back when my Great Grandparents came overseas to Canada their name was likely butchered and i can't seem to find the correct spelling anywhere.

Any ideas what "Usipiuk" could have been?

Thanks a lot

Happy easter to you too!

Not positive on the exact date but it was before my grand faters birthday so somewhere between 1900-1920, and they settled in mid Saskatchewan (Canada). To be more specific, the Wynyard area.

Irene,

Happy Easter to you and yours !!!

Mama taught me to do everything well, but her paska I can never replicate. My husband refers to it as Pani Julia, She Tried, Paska.
