Following is the kind of reading that provides color for your family tree.

It is a quaint little book from Canadian Archives that details life in the Austro-Hungarian Empire, concentrating mainly on the Carpathian Region.

It was written by Palmer in 1903. English, Well worth the 400 page online read. The last few chapters cover subjects of education, religion and languages.
