A few weeks ago I was out to lunch w/a friend. At the next table there was a Japanese American woman with her children. The kids look to be 8/9 yrs old and they were speaking both English and Japanese.. My friend turned to me and commented how impressed she was w/the children, who were so fluent in Japanese, which is such a difficult language.
I could only smile and nod. It's funny stuff. |

The documents received from the LDS History Center for the Prokop Family are written in German. This is most interesting as my family heritage is Carpatho-Rusyn. I expected the documents to be in Cyrillic or Latin. Now to have them translated!
