I'm looking for my family on Ukraina. I'm from Poland, but I had family on Kiev, Zytomyr and Berdzycziw. I need help to find them.

Hi, I can help you a bit, we have the same surname, we live in Moldova but also have backgrounds of ukrainians. Dear Hannia,
Thank you very much for that information, I have found it today in the internet too (the meaning of the last name). My family doesnt have any contacts with relatives that maybe all over the world with the same surname. We just heard from our grandparents that surname comes from Poland, they have no idea from what location. Today I found in internet the coat of arms that belongs to Galecki (as well as to the other 368 polish surnames), but I also would like to know about who they were, it is said that our last name had an aristocratic background.
I am originaly from Moldova as well as my great-grandparents, there was no option on this site to put that I am from Moldova.
If you have any other information about our last name, I would be grateful to you.Thanks.
