There seems to be one within the modern borders of Poland also.
The two Wyszkow in Poland are not located in what was the historical Galicia Province. They were part of Russia.

Update...

I have just received grandma Eva's social security application in the mail. It is hand written, but I know this much now:

Eva Yakimicki born 1896

Father: William Kopka
Mother: Anna Kot

born in "otobobolile" poland. Again this is hand written and not overly clear. The O could be a D, the T could be an i or L. Can anyone offer any guidance here? Maybe you know a down that looks similar or sounds similar?

otobobolile???
My guess is ot = meaning FROM bobolile??? = BOBULINCE > Buchach > Ternopil region > Ukraine, formerly Galicia Province > Austro-Hungarian Empire.

Бобулинц╕ in Ukrainian - transliteration Bobulyntsi

Do you have any ukrainian, ruthenians, or rusyn societys near where you live?

Sometimes some of the people there can pinpoint an area just by what it looks like it is spelled especially if they were born in the country. I went to one and an older gentlemen helped me out a lot.

If no can find your answer.

Yes, I am getting my scanner up and running and will upload it this morning. My grandmother did not read or write, so this was likely written by my uncle (when he was a teenager) as she told him what to write.
