Looking for info on Dawidziuk/Stoyan - Werbcze

My Great-Grandparents immigrated to Canada in 1930 on the SS Kosciuszko. The passenger list has there place of birth as Werbcze Duze, with nearest relative being an Anna Dawidziuk in Bykus(?)>Werbcze>Dist. Kostopil>. Passports were obtained in Kostopil in 1930 as well. I do believe they were Catholic.

Where can I locate additional information such as Birth Certificates, etc? My great-grandfather was Mikolaj Dawidziuk and his wife was Ksenia Stoyan. Anna Dawidziuk was apparently married 3 times, with my great-grandfather a child of the 2nd marriage. I would love to find some of my cousins!
