Post Immigration Paper Translation Challenge!

Alright, so amongst my various pieces of family history information I have a scan of what is labelled as "Immigration Paper"(It's not legible when scaled down enough to be an attachment so you'll just have to use the link).
From what I can tell it's in Latin, except for the first three lines of the body which I think may be cursive Ukrainian?, and unfortunately I'm not fluent in Latin. I can make out what a word here and there mean, but for the most part I'm completely in the dark.

Anyone willing and able to translate?

I have also understood some bits here and there
The first lines say: The following record was made on page__vol. 3 of St Trinity Church book in the village of Strygantsi, Tlumach District, Stanislawow (Iv-Frankivsk region)
On 22 July 1879 was born and on __ baptized
Greek-Catholic
Maria daughter of Michael Kuzenko and Catarina Nikolai..
.. then God-parents are listed.

PS Today, there are several Kuzenko families in Strygantsi - you can communicate with them.

!

It all makes sense now, I see how the name is Kuzenko!

Thank you very much IreneLviv, the Maria Kuzenko this copied baptismal record is for is my gr. grandmother and untill now I knew nothing of when and where she was born, who her parents were, or when she immigrated!

Thanks for revealing one more generation for me.

This term I'm taking a Fundamentals of Ukrainian class, and I printed off a copy of the letter for my prof to read and this is what he could discern from the Ukrainian parts at the start and at the end:

Baptismal Certificate

Parochial in Struhans'ka district of Tovnaykoho

I witness (attest) .... that in the Church of the Holy Trinity ... was born .... Volume III page ___ I ... the following:

...

... by his own hand _____ ... and with this stamp _____ I confirm

Stryhantsi, This day 7 ______

Safran ______

Which is pretty much exactly what Irene had already said:P
Now that I've learnt the alphabet and am starting to learn the language I'm going to play around with this letter on my computer some more and let you know if I can figure out anything else from it!
