Correct spelling of this name

Here is an extract from the ship's manifest showing my ancestors. The name I am having trouble reading is the last one, Pelechata ?Milka? Any ideas, those more familiar with the Polish/Ukranian names? In another document, an Emilia Pelechata is listed as a godmother, which would suggest to me that they are the same persons, but the spelling seems different, so maybe not...

Thanks
Martine

Pelechaty is a very popular name
Ukrainian spelling: PELEKHATY
Milka is a pet (diminutive) name -probably from Emilia.
