below. I have no way of knowing if Father's birth yr is available.
As suggested by Lubaczow Page, u will have to request the Lubaczow
Index, before ordering film.

It seems to me that your primary goals are to locate Father's metrykal
records and also ascertain what happened to his family after 1939.

Joining any of the Kresy Forums will be of great help to you. There,
members can point you in the direction of Siberian Records and any
other Records that will help find out where Father's family ended up.
