Hundt/Knull/Wingler Family - Kamelowka & Elisabetpol

Now that I found the birth locations of my husbands grandfather and father, I'm looking for more detail on individuals.

Efrom Hundt (b. 12/25/1913; d. 7/10/1994) - Father, Michael Hundt & Mother, Otilea Wingler, born in Kamelowka, Wladimir.

He married Leokadia Knull (b. 11/3/1910; d. 11/22/1977) and they settled in the German Colony of Elisabetpol/Kol. Jelizapetpol and had six children:

Otto
Herman
Gertrud
Helga
Elsa (5 that are still living)

I know that Archives in St. Petersburg is either closed for
inventory and renovation or will be closed very soon. It is
the resource for Wohlynian German Records.

EWZ Records might provide you w/complete family history???
Wohlynian Germans were evacuated in 1937. In order to qualify
for evacuation, they had to show several generations of lineage.
