could someone tell me whether OCMAN is a christian name in the ukraine,or could it possibly be the name of a town by rohatyn??...regards...allan

Ocman transliterates/sounds like into English as Ostap, Ukrainian given name.
English equivalent could be Eustace???

thankyou hannia...after all this time,we now know why everyone in england called him eustace...we thought that was just a name given to him by the english army whilst he was a pow....regards...allan
