Need help finding someone in Kiev

Does anyone know a way to look up phone numbers or addresses for people currently living in Kiev? My father lives there and all I know is his name is Victor Sinskee (Синский?). I live in the US and can't really go to Kiev right now so I really would like to find a way to search for him online. If you can help me I would be eternally grateful. Thanks.

I checked the online Kyiv and oblast
White Pages. Found nothing listed under
Sinsky surname. Additionaly there
is no way of checking for address online,
that I know of. Sorry!
