chach and postolan

I am looking for relatives of Michael Chach and Teodor Postolan, who came to the USA in the 1910's from Rohatyn. Please write to m.katin@ukraine.com

Michael Chach passed away in 1951. Along the way Marya Chach moved to Yonkers. She passed away in 1998. There is a William (probably Wasyl) Chach , 77+ yrs old & Gregory Chach still residing in Yonkers, NY. Michal Chach (listed as CHECH on Ellis Island Records) did arrive in New York City 3/2/1910. He was 32 yrs old at the time. He was traveling w/ a Piotr Skablicki and they were both heading to cousin's Josef Skoblicki @ 507 E. 5th Street. Both Michal and Piotr listed village of origin as Wisyz????

There are too many Skoblicki's in NYC area to track.

Theodore Postolan & his wife are also dead. Both passed away in 2003. His social security records indicate
that he was much younger than Michal Chach. There is a Michael Postolan still residing at Theodore's and
Marya's previous address. He could very well be their son???
