Transaltion of Ukraine to English (Help)

Hi all,

Is there anyone that would be willing to translate a few words off of the back of an old photograph that I have of my grandads. I would have to email this direct I think.

Kristy,

You should be able to obtain Grandfather's GC metryka/baptismal certificate by writing to Archives below. Polish Archives ask for a deposit of $30USD. Request must be written in Polish. I still need to get the name of chief Archivist and check for other procedural details.

Hopefully the metryka helps clear some of the fog.
