It should give you most things you'll need. I've used some of these recipes and my grandmothers have enjoyed it. The best compliment I could ever hope for.

What kind of source are you looking for? Hot creamy etc?

I heard a person from Ukraine mention buying a sauce at the market to eat with the hen that was roasted. I don't know. This dosn't sound like chicken gravy.
