Hi,

I don't know if kvas is only Russian specific.
I tried "bread kvas on the road" in Odessa oblast. It had too much water, I think

.
I tried to prepare it my self (bread kvas), but always failed.

Only kvas with lemon and elder was easier to prepare, but it not feels like "really" kvas.
