Should food cravings always be followeed or only be taken as a sign of some condition and should be taken care of?

Satisfying food cravings is one of the nicest things a person can do for themselves. It's even nicer if you can take part in satisfying the food cravings of someone you like: a midnight hunt for a place that serves Thai food, for instance. If you are craving something weird, like you'd like a big plate of hay with walnut shells on the side, then, maybe, something's wrong. I recently had a craving for fried Chines noodles, for instance. I satisfied it by munching on some garlic and drinking a little vodka. You do what you have to do.

Food cravings is a normal part of life

It's true, you usually crave something that your body may require. I have cravings for Butter-Pecan ice cream especially often LOL
