With Easter approaching fast I would like to know if anyone knows a very soft dough Easter bread recepie my father used to make filled with apple and ricotta cheese or cream cheese. The bread used to remind me of kalach (segments of filled dough though this preparation would rise considerably and then my father will prick it with a fork half way through the baking process. I alos remember the beautiful sweetness of the dough.
Appreciate if anyone here has a recepie for it thanks |
