Rum and Coke? Vodka and Coke? Jack Daniels(Whisky) and Coke?

I have had many drinks when it comes to alcohol... I justed wanted to know your feelings on other popular drinks around the would. I am sure your favorite is Vodka! I would like to know your feelings on the other types of alcohol and have you tried them?

In Ukraine I have to order a can of Coke a seperate glass of ice and maybe 200 grams of rum. Then mix it at the table. Mixed drinks are uncommon and using ice in the drinks is even more so. Malibu is fairly common but Bacardi or Ron Rico isn't too common. Theres always Johnny Walker there though. Many of the brands and labels are unknown to me though. Generally it's vodka with a juice or water chaser along with a bite of some snack.
When I first went there,(I don't drink alot) a 12 yo girl could drink me under the table.. Now I can pace a 17 yo! (Joking)

Wow that is funny Mike... That is very interesting to know though. I have been to Germany and Italy so I understand that the people look at drinking differently from Americans. Thanks for telling me about your experience.
