Dear Admin,

I would like to ask why the alleged Ukrainian time stamp displays incorrect time in this forum. It should be GMT+2. At the moment, it is 14.19 in Ukraine while my post will be dated as 17.19.
I am looking for a logical explanation and I would be happy to find one.

I noticed the same problem in the Russia.com forum, while in the Scotland.com correct time is displayed.
