Thanks for getting that straightened out.
The problem was there is no e-mail link anywhere in the sign-up process ( I looked via browser "back" button) that specifies where to e-mail with problems. Also, given the e-mail addresses "boards" & "support", (and given the way 95% of websites handle these things) e-mailing "support" would be the natual assumption.
If you ever get the inclination you might have the e-mail addresses for sign-up problems added to the respective sign-up pages, and to the respective pages for lost passwords. (I tried that route too)
Also, just a thought, you guys might think about changing the e-mail address for "mail only" support to "mail@(domain).com" This could then leave "support" free as a "catch-all" for anything that doesn't fit the already used catagories (boards,mail,abuse,feedback,etc.) and/or to address site technical issues.
It would be a bit more logical layout.
